The rules for using OdoFlow

By creating an account, accessing OdoFlow, or using any OdoFlow feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use OdoFlow.

OdoFlow helps users create mileage logs backed by odometer photos. The app can store trip records, run OCR on odometer images, export mileage data, and optionally sync evidence folders and mileage sheets to a connected Google account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate account information and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

OdoFlow is a recordkeeping tool, not a tax, legal, accounting, or financial adviser. You are responsible for reviewing OCR results, correcting readings, choosing trip categories, keeping records that meet your needs, and confirming any deduction or reimbursement with a qualified professional.

If you connect Google, you authorize OdoFlow to use the approved Google permissions to create, update, and organize OdoFlow mileage files in Google Drive and Google Sheets. You can disconnect Google in OdoFlow settings or revoke access from your Google account. Some previously synced files may remain in your Google Drive unless you delete them.

OdoFlow may offer a free trial before a paid subscription begins. Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, trial terms, taxes, and renewal details are shown in the app or Stripe checkout before payment information is collected. Trial eligibility and usage limits may be enforced per person, account, Google account, device, or other anti-abuse signals.

You can manage payment methods and cancel through the billing portal when billing is enabled for your account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically remove existing records from your account.

You agree not to:

• Use OdoFlow for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Upload malware, harmful content, or content you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, billing, or access controls.
• Create multiple accounts or reuse connected accounts to evade trial or usage limits.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.
• Reverse engineer or scrape OdoFlow except as allowed by law.

You keep ownership of the trip records, notes, photos, and files you upload or create through OdoFlow. You grant OdoFlow the limited right to store, process, display, export, and sync that content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the service.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as OdoFlow evolves. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

OdoFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost deductions.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use of OdoFlow after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
