Billing support
If your question is about payment, include whether you were in checkout, the billing portal, or viewing your OdoFlow billing page. Do not email full card numbers or sensitive payment details. Stripe securely manages payment methods for OdoFlow.
Google sync support
If Google sync is not behaving as expected, include whether the issue happened while connecting Google, saving a trip, editing a trip, archiving a trip, or retrying failed syncs. Helpful details include the trip date, the Google account you connected, and whether you can see an OdoFlow folder in Google Drive.
Security or privacy requests
If you believe your account is at risk, contact us immediately from the email address on your account when possible. For privacy requests, include whether you want help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting account data.
